Our home has modern conveniences with an old-style Mexico feel.  You will enter through the large, arched wooden door, into a private courtyard setting. From here, you’ll begin to experience the tranquility that awaits you. The home has exquisite details such as handcrafted saltillo tile flooring, wood cabinetry with hand-forged iron detailing, and artisan wood French doors and windows. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glassware, dishes, pots, pans and serving ware. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room, making one large open space. In the great room, three sets of French doors open to a private interior courtyard with a fountain that provides the soothing sound of flowing water throughout the home. Ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as remote control air conditioning/heating units. The downstairs includes a separate master bedroom suite with two twin beds that can be moved together to create a king bed. This room also has French doors that open to the interior courtyard/fountain area, a large bathroom with a dual sink vanity, step-in shower, and a separate water closet. There is a stackable clothes washer and dryer on 1st floor, off the front entry.

 

The upstairs en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 2 nightstands and an armoire. There is a wall of windows and set of double French doors that open to the large veranda with amazing views of the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range, the Sea of Cortez, and the golf course. On the opposite wall, there is another set of French doors that open to a juliette balcony overlooking the estuary. Opening both sets creates a beautiful cross breeze! The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub with French windows that open towards the Sea of Cortez, a large dual sink vanity, step-in shower, and separate water closet.  Walk outside to a set of stairs leading to the third-floor viewing tower, with panoramic views of the Loreto Bay community, the Sea of Cortez, the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range, and the golf course.
